Una casa con vista sul mare, dove lo sguardo si perde nell’infinito blu delle acque.
Al piano terra, un ambiente accogliente e funzionale: dall’ingresso si accede a un’ampia sala open space che unisce la zona pranzo e il salotto, dominato dal camino. La cucina attrezzata, comunicante con la sala, crea uno spazio intimo e conviviale, perfetto per trascorrere piacevoli momenti mentre si preparano i pasti.
Davanti al tavolo da pranzo, una grande vetrata regala una vista mozzafiato sulla profondità del mare, accompagnando ogni pasto con la magia del paesaggio e un buon bicchiere di vino.
Completa il piano terra un bagno completo, comodo e funzionale.
Al primo piano, a sinistra del corridoio d’ingresso, si trova il laboratorio artistico, mentre a destra un bagno dedicato. Proseguendo, si apre un’ampia sala: a sinistra l’angolo studio, a destra un piccolo salotto che si collega alla camera da letto con vista, dotata di bagno privato e walk-in closet.
Dalla camera si accede a un terrazzo panoramico, ideale per momenti di relax e contemplazione.
All’esterno, sul retro della casa, un gazebo ospita una zona barbecue e una sala da pranzo all’aperto. Vicino al limite della proprietà, affacciato sul mare, uno spazio arredato con comode poltrone invita a rilassarsi e a godersi un picnic immersi nella natura.

A house with a sea view, where the gaze loses itself in the infinite blue of the waters.
On the ground floor, a cozy and functional space: from the entrance, you access a large open-plan room that combines the dining area and the living room, centered around the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, connected to the living area, creates an intimate and welcoming space, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments while preparing meals.
In front of the dining table, a large window offers a breathtaking view of the sea’s depths, enhancing every meal with the magic of the landscape and a good glass of wine.
Completing the ground floor is a full, comfortable, and practical bathroom.
On the first floor, to the left of the entrance corridor, there is an art studio, while on the right, a dedicated bathroom. Moving forward, a spacious room opens up: on the left, a study corner; on the right, a small sitting area that connects to the bedroom with a view, complete with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
From the bedroom, you access a panoramic terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation and contemplation.
Outside, at the back of the house, a gazebo hosts a barbecue area and an outdoor dining space. Near the edge of the property, overlooking the sea, a space furnished with comfortable armchairs invites you to relax and enjoy a picnic immersed in nature.
