Una casa particolare, con muri interamente in vetro, che trasformano l’open space in un ambiente inondato di luce naturale, creando un’atmosfera unica.
All'interno colori caldi e avvolgenti, invitano al relax. L'ingresso, intimo, si apre sulla sala da pranzo elegante e sobria, proseguendo in una confortevole area soggiorno, ampia e luminosa.
A sinistra della sala da pranzo, la cucina attrezzata è collocata in una zona dedicata che funge da ponte tra i diversi settori della casa. Dietro di essa, un corridoio luminoso conduce all’area di lavoro, allo studio, al bagno e alla lavanderia.
All’esterno, sempre al piano terra, si trova una zona pranzo e uno spazio relax; nell’area sinistra della casa, invece, c’è un’ampia piscina con piccole cascate, il tutto incorniciato da un paesaggio mozzafiato.
Al secondo piano si trova l’area svago, dedicata a giocare a biliardino, ascoltare e suonare musica, bere un cocktail in compagnia o fare esercizio.
Un ampio terrazzo panoramico completa questa zona intima della casa, dove l’attività principale è godersi il tempo libero.
In sintesi, questa casa calda e accogliente si fonde in un unico ambiente luminoso e spazioso, dove ogni angolo è un invito alla convivialità e al piacere di stare insieme.
L’area privata, anch’essa ricca di luce e glamour, conferisce all’intera costruzione un valore aggiunto di lusso, con dettagli curati che donano un’atmosfera particolare, mantenendo però una sensazione di calma e accoglienza.

New construction in the welcoming Windenburg, located on Crumbling Island.
A unique house, with walls made entirely of glass, transforming the open space into an environment flooded with natural light, creating a unique atmosphere.
Inside, warm and enveloping colors invite relaxation. The intimate entrance opens onto an elegant and understated dining room, continuing into a comfortable, spacious, and bright living area.
To the left of the dining room, the equipped kitchen is situated in a dedicated area that serves as a bridge between the different sections of the house. Behind it, a bright corridor leads to the work area, the study, the bathroom, and the laundry room.
Outside, still on the ground floor, there is a dining area and a relaxation space; on the left side of the house, instead, there is a large pool with small waterfalls, all framed by a breathtaking landscape.
From the study, the stairs lead to the first floor, where the bedroom is located, complete with a comfortable private bathroom and a small walk-in closet.
On the second floor is the recreation area, dedicated to playing foosball, listening to and playing music, enjoying a cocktail with company, or exercising.
A large panoramic terrace completes this intimate area of the house, where the main activity is enjoying free time.
In summary, this warm and welcoming house blends into a single bright and spacious environment, where every corner invites conviviality and the pleasure of being together.
The private area, also rich in light and glamour, adds an extra touch of luxury to the entire building, with carefully curated details that create a special atmosphere while maintaining a feeling of calm and coziness.
