Green Place, una nuova casa, nell'accogliente Windenburg. Una bellissima vista sul fiume, e un entorno piacevole e sereno.
La casa si sviluppa in quattro piani. Cucina attrezzata, sala da pranzo e un spazio intimo dove passare del tempo leggendo, o facendo una bella chiacchierata dopo i pasti, le troviamo al piano seminterrato ma aperto all'esterno, con grandi finestre dove la luce diventa protagonista.
Al primo piano, un ingresso caldo comunica con il living, diviso in due settori, che permette agli ospiti di avere un po' di privacy, per ascoltare musica o per conversare animatamente.
Al secondo piano, la stanza da letto e un ampio bagno esclusivo. Anche qua, un'angolo è stato destinato alla conversazione e al relax.
Per ultimo, al quarto piano, un piccolo ambiente, dove convivono computer, attrezzi per fare ginnastica e lo spazio per dare sfogo all'arte.
Tutta la casa trasmette pace, con spazi e colori che invitano alla riflessione, ai suoni soffusi, alla serenità.
I vostri sim, passeranno momenti indimenticabili...

Green Place, a new home, in welcoming Windenburg. A beautiful view of the river, and a pleasant and serene environment.
The house is spread over four floors. Equipped kitchen, dining room and an intimate space where you can spend time reading, or having a nice chat after meals, we find them in the basement but open to the outside, with large windows where light becomes the protagonist.
On the first floor, a warm entrance communicates with the living room, divided into two sections, which allows guests to have some privacy, to listen to music or to converse animatedly.
On the second floor, the bedroom and a large exclusive bathroom. Here too, a corner has been dedicated to conversation and relaxation.
Finally, on the fourth floor, a small environment, where computers, exercise equipment and space for artistic expression coexist.
The whole house conveys peace, with spaces and colors that invite reflection, soft sounds, serenity.
Your Sims will have unforgettable moments...
