Di fronte, un salottino con piano forte, per accompagnare le serate tra amici.
Nella parte destra del piano terra, troviamo due ambienti separati ma integrati: una palestra privata, attrezzata per il fitness quotidiano, e uno studio, ideale per lavorare da casa o dedicarsi ad hobby creativi. Infine, a sinistra, una stanza giochi per bambini, luminosa e spaziosa, con un bagno privato adiacente, offre un'area dedicata al divertimento e al gioco, completa di un'angolo studio .
Salendo le scale dallo studio-palestra, si accede al primo piano, dove regna un'atmosfera di quiete e relax. La camera da letto matrimoniale, un vero e proprio santuario privato, offre ampia metratura, un'area guardaroba e un bagno ensuite, dotato di una vasca da bagno e una doccia separata, per un momento di puro relax e benessere. Adiacente alla camera da letto matrimoniale, troviamo la camera da letto dei bambini, con accesso diretto alla stanza giochi al piano inferiore, facilitando la comunicazione e la sorveglianza.

Imagine entering a spacious open space, flooded with natural light. At the entrance, a welcoming living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace creates the ideal environment for relaxing and spending time together. To the right, a modern and functional kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, opens onto the dining room, perfect for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Opposite, a sitting room with a grand piano, to accompany evenings with friends.
On the right side of the ground floor, we find two separate but integrated spaces: a private gym, equipped for daily fitness, and a study, ideal for working from home or pursuing creative hobbies. Finally, on the left, a children's playroom, bright and spacious, with an adjacent private bathroom, offers an area dedicated to fun and play, complete with a study corner.
Going up the stairs from the study-gym, you reach the first floor, where an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation reigns. The master bedroom, a true private sanctuary, offers ample space, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower, for a moment of pure relaxation and well-being. Adjacent to the master bedroom, we find the children's bedroom, with direct access to the playroom on the lower floor, facilitating communication and supervision. I hope you like it!
