Ciao!! Vi porto una nuova casa, ampia e confortevole. Sviluppata in due piani, tutto quello che serve per la vita quotidiana: un living spazioso per riunirsi, uno studio per lavorare o studiare, un bagno comodo e una cucina moderna.
Al primo piano, tre stanze da letto, una per il bimbo e un'altra per una figlia adolescente. I ragazzi hanno un bagno da condividere, ottima soluzione per la loro privacy.
La stanza padronale, accogliente, ed arredata piacevolmente, ha il bagno in suite.
Al primo piano si trova una palestra attrezzata, anche essa con un bagno.
Da questo piano si può uscire al terrazzo dove si può rilassare, o giocare a scacchi.
Tutta la proprietà è circondata da un ampio giardino, con spazio per mangiare in famiglia o con gli amici, una vasca idromassaggio, e un intimo angolo di relax dove immergersi nella contemplazione della natura e godersi un momento di pace.

Hello!! A new home, spacious and comfortable. Developed on two floors, everything you need for everyday life: a spacious living room to gather, a study to work or study, a comfortable bathroom and a modern kitchen.
On the first floor, three bedrooms, one for the little one and another for a teenage daughter. The kids have a bathroom to share, a great solution for their privacy.
The master bedroom, welcoming and pleasantly furnished, has an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor there is an equipped gym, also with a bathroom.
From this floor you can go out to the terrace where you can relax or play chess.
The entire property is surrounded by a large garden, with space for eating with family or friends, a hot tub, and an intimate relaxation area where you can immerse yourself in the contemplation of nature and enjoy a moment of peace.
